<2.5-Dimensional Musical> “Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon” The Super Live

“Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon”, one of widely popular 2.5-Dimensional Musicals based on Japanese manga, anime and games is finally coming to Europe!

Manga “Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon” began its series in 1991 in a girl’s comic magazine, “Nakayosi”, published by Kodansha. Its popularity was a social phenomenon, spreading from young girls to adult female and male readers, and creating a sensation far beyond expectations.
“Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon” was first adapted into a musical in 1993. After 8 years, a new musical was staged with an all-female cast as part of the Sailor Moon 20th Anniversary Project in 2013. Following the performance in summer 2014, the musical was shown in Shanghai, China, in January 2015 with great reception.It has now established a name for itself as leading “2.5-Dimensional Musical” that attract many foreign visitors to Japan just to watch the show. It was staged during Anime Matsuri 2017 in Houston, gathering as many as 10,000 audiences.
Currently, various projects are moving ahead as part of the Sailor Moon 25th Anniversary Project. The 2018 Paris performance will be a new show filled with the charm of the original manga that is loved by fans all over the world.
