Discovering Japan-France Exchange through People, Their Lives, and Their Works:
The role of the Individual in History leading to Japonismes 2018

This event showcases selected presentations in Japanese and French by high-school students who are studying each other’s language and culture. Highly motivated teams of French students will conduct research on a chosen theme and make presentations in Japanese. Students will utilize a range of events and resources in connection with the Japonismes 2018 project. Japanese students are also invited to take on a challenge and make presentations in French, in celebration of the special year of Japonismes 2018: les âmes en résonance.
